"The hosts were very responsive and attentive. Everything was exactly as portrayed and the house was very cozy yet spacious. Everything was in order and easily accessible. The area is quiet and there was no traffic. The location was perfect if you want to be close to the activities yet a good distance outside of the heavy populated sectors. I didn’t have a hassle and felt very safe in the location. I would definitely come back and stay again!"

"Overall, we felt comfortable staying at Navin’s place, but there’s definitely some room for improvement. Right when we walked in, there was a very strong dog smell throughout the home, which was surprising since the listing mentioned no pets. We also noticed some of the dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty and needed to be washed before using. The location was super convenient though. It was close to downtown Pensacola and near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores which made everything easy. The host was also very responsive and quick to help whenever we reached out, which we appreciated, even though some of the issues felt like they should’ve been handled before check-in. If you’re pretty down to earth, don’t mind an up-and-coming neighborhood, and mainly just need a place to sleep and shower, this spot gets the job done. But if you’re wanting somewhere you’ll spend a lot of time relaxing or hanging out in, I’d probably suggest looking at other options."

"this is a perfect airbnb for quiet couples who don’t mind a 20min drive to the beach. it’s the perfect size and the decor made it feel like home. the hosts are absolutely amazing with fast response times, easy instructions, and even gave a list of recommendations for places to go eat if you’re not from the area. all in all the host and residence are a 10/10"
