Everything is brand new with modern appliances. 10 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes away from the beach. 5 minutes from downtown and all the bars and restaurants. The space There are 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. A full kitchen with Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, and Electric Stove 1 Full bathroom with Rain shower. Utility Room with Full Size Washer and Dryer Guest access The whole house is yours for the duration of the stay. The guest bedroom closet is for our private use. Other things to note Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street. Pensacola has high sidewalks to avoid hurricane flooding so some cars with low clearance might scrape the driveway. We advise you back the car into the driveway. This usually avoids scraping. Bookings greater 28 or days require a lease to be signed. Lease will be emailed within 24 hours of booking.
