"My (adult) son and I enjoyed our three night stay at Navin's place. It's really cute, well-decorated and cozy with nice finishings. Spacious living room, big kitchen (although we barely used it), and comfortable beds. Close to the houses on either side, but it's a quiet neighborhood. We really liked sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch just relaxing. Easy and quick drive to downtown Pensacola, and we found a fun diner within walking distance (CJ's) for breakfast. The place is clean and well-maintained - we had no issues. FYI, the kitchen is now equipped with a Keurig machine (along with a couple of pods), not a drip coffee maker. There's also an electric kettle available for us tea drinkers. Overall, a nice stay in a cozy place that felt like home."
