"The place was immaculate and very spacious, we had 6 people including a 1 year old so we had to bring a crib and still had plenty of room in the master bedroom. The amenities were listed perfectly. Rajiv was a great host and answered questions we had very quickly and accurately to help us out. If we vacation to Pensacola again we will definitely be staying here again."

"Rajiv's provided all the information we needed prior to arriving. Directions, check in/checkout. The condo is fully equipped with everything and more that we needed. It is located on the 2nd floor which we liked not having to wait for an elevator. Quick walk to the beach, which was great. Only downside is there is not much of a view from the patio. You cannot see the beach. Just the boardwalk to the beach and building next door. Overall, it was a great stay."

"This is our 2nd time staying at Rajiv’s place. The first evening we arrived, I had a question about reserving chairs, which I’ve never done before, and Rajiv responded within minutes. Later that night, I found chairs located in a closet outside (I did not do a thorough search beforehand), so we used those instead. The condo is very clean, & spacious enough for our family of 4. What stood out to me were the hand soaps provided. I’m use to the tiny bars of soap, so having the hand soap pumps were great. A little detail that made such a difference. I also loved the bath towels provided. I typically bring my own, as I don’t care for the little scratchy towels, but these were big, fluffy & soft. I also love the shower in the main bedroom, it is so spacious! The beach was very quiet and empty. I love how we are further away from the bustling crowds. This year we took our kids to the Gulf Breeze Zoo and did a dolphin cruise with the Frisky Mermaid. They loved it! Overall, a fantastic stay!"
